Homemade Hummus

2 cans chick peas, drained
1/3-1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup tahini paste
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon green Cholula  (pepper hot sauce brings a zesty burst of jalapeño and poblano peppers)
black pepper and salt to taste

Pulse everything together in a food processor until smooth, scrape once then re-blend

It's delicious with thinly sliced cucumbers, salad, dill, spicy gerkins, olives, peppers...
